MGI’s revolutionary JETvarnish offline digital inkjet spot UV coater accommodates sheets up to 52 x 105 cm (20 x 40") and utilizes MGI’s patented inkjet technology. The 100% digital JETvarnish can handle runs from one to thousands with ease, and computer controlled drop-on-demand print heads enables precise registration. An integrated UV lamp dries prints “on the fly”, which allows for immediate handling.

The JETvarnish is ideal for spot UV coating on a wide range of applications, including book covers, posters, brochures, personalized direct mail, premium packaging, corporate materials and many others.

The DF360 is MGI’s latest generation of multi-function paper finishing equipment designed to complement both digital and offset presses. In-line & automated standard functions include: duplex film lamination (options for matte, satin or glossy finish; or no lamination; and/or multiple finishes – i.e. matte on one side, satin on other); cutting (horizontal & vertical); slitting; creasing; and perforation.

With the addition of a lamination function, the DF360 brings many common finishing techniques together, performed in just one pass. It can accommodate sheet widths up to 14” and lengths up to 29”, making it ideal for applications such as book covers, brochures, tickets, business cards, photo books, invitations (with tear-off response card), menus, and more.

The PressCard Pro is an industrial production unit dedicated to the short run lamination of plastic substrates The technology integrated in PressCard® range includes individual heating, cooling and pressure control circuits for the manufacture of Plastic Cards (ISOCR-80) from 100 microns up to 850 microns or 12 mils up to 32 mils, POP, Labels, Signage, etc. This compact and professional hot lamination press is fully automated with a fast cycle.
