MGI USA Covid Update April 27th 2020

To our Valued Customers and Partners,

 

As we all continue to navigate the Coronavirus crisis together, we wanted to update you on our efforts here at MGI USA to best support you and your operations. We remain committed to making our decisions based off facts and science – relying on the experts to support our actions so we are always doing what’s best for our staff,  our customers and our partners.

Based on the information available and our recent designation as an essential service industry, we have begun gradually bringing back our MGI USA team members to the Melbourne, Florida facility in order to increase our support capabilities and operations.
We are also provisionally planning on bringing back essential travel for technical support as early as May 11th for certain states in the continental United States.  Unfortunately, we are currently limited with regards to international travel due to border restrictions put in place.

We have been closely monitoring and preparing for all the possible scenarios and ensuring we have the right plans and resources in place, defined principally by the expert guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health authorities, to protect our employees health and safety. 

We know the situation with COVID-19 is evolving quickly and we may need to react differently to the fluid situation in the future.  In the meantime, please know that the entire leadership team remains fully committed to supporting you in the strongest and safest way possible.
